We Check Availability with the Activity Providers:
Once you’ve chosen your activity, we’ll reach out to the organizers to confirm if it’s available on your preferred date and time. This helps make sure everything’s good to go before you book.

Step 3
We Send Your Confirmation and Payment Link
Once we’ve confirmed everything with the activity provider, we’ll send you a message or email with all the booking details: Activity name, date, time, and anything else you need to know, along with a link to complete your payment.

Step 4
Pay the Deposit to Secure Your Booking
To confirm your reservation, a deposit payment is required. This deposit represents a portion of the total activity cost and ensures that your spot is held. Payments are made online through a secure and reliable payment system.

Step 5
Get Your Tickets and Pay the Balance on the Day
Once your deposit is received, we’ll send you your tickets and all the important information like where to go, what to bring, and any special instructions. You’ll find everything in your email. On the day of the activity, simply follow the instructions and pay the remaining balance directly at the venue.
